1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Period
You have 32 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, health products).
- Customized or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2. Refunds
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-5 business days.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 32 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [contact email].
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at [contact email] with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
4. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
